Terms of Service

By using Flush Rush ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these terms — material changes will be highlighted in the app.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email and codes secure.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

Your contributions

When you submit a bathroom, write a review, or upload a photo, you grant Flush Rush a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content within the Service. You keep ownership of what you submit. You can delete your contributions by deleting your account.

By submitting content, you confirm:

• You have the right to share it (photos are yours, not lifted from elsewhere).
• It's accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• It doesn't contain hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or material identifying private individuals without consent.

Moderation

We review submissions and ratings for spam, abuse, or low quality. We may reject, remove, or hide content at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

Bathroom information

Information about bathrooms — locations, hours, codes, accessibility — is provided by the Flush Rush community and is not verified by us. We make no guarantee that any bathroom is open, clean, accessible, or accurately described. Use your judgment. We're not responsible for the condition of any bathroom you visit, or for any inconvenience, illness, or injury that occurs at one.

Acceptable use

Don't do these things:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Submit fake bathrooms, fake reviews, or content designed to mislead.
• Scrape, harvest, or republish Flush Rush data without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or otherwise abuse our infrastructure.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in the app (Settings → Delete account). We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your account data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flush Rush is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
